George has been thrilling race fans for decades with his throw-back driving style to a period in time when the size of one man’s ambition won many races! George has been a part of the Maritime racing scene since the 70s and a front-runner where ever he raced. Arguably the ‘Jimmy Spencer’ of the Maritimes, George made his name based on his candid personality, tough driving style and his willingness to help anyone. George will be inducted into the Maritime Motorsports Hall of Fame this month; a fitting tribute to a man who has dedicated his life to the sport we all love. George, you have the Heart of a Champion!
