This application form MUST be submitted by the Driver or a legal representative. The 2026 registration fee is $100.00, payable by cash with the submission of the registration form at the first event attended in 2026. Driver registration forms are available at each event by HRC officials, OR you can print the registration form below, complete it, and bring it to the first event you participate in for 2026.
