Today’s ‘Saturday Salute’ is Carl Livingston from Prince Edward Island! Carl’s racing career started on dirt in the late 60s, where he honed his knack for driving to the front in a heat race or feature event! Carl drove Street Stocks, ‘Island’ Modified’s and also a MASCAR Pro Stock, at tracks from the red clay in PEI to the high banks of Riverside International Speedway. After his driving career came to an end, the natural progression was to sponsor and support his ‘hot shoe’ son Kent! They experienced great success together, winning the Modified Championship in 1996 and always fielded a beautiful car! Carl taught us all how we should treat one another through his genuine, sincere and caring way! 🙂 Carl, you are sadly missed. You lived life and raced with the Heart of a Champion! 🙂 Photo’s: FB
