Today, Heart of a Champ proudly salutes Scott Kelly! Scott was an amazing second-generation driver, behind is father Junior. It didn’t matter what division it was, Scott could drive the wheels off it! From his Street stock days to the Open Wheel Mods at Scotia Speedworld to his Pro Stock, Scott was a contender every time he hit the track and SO exciting to watch! Arguably, his most memorable finish would be his 3rd place finish at the prestigious Oxford 250. Scott left us much too early and we miss him every day.
