Today we proudly salute one of the most devotes stock car families in the Maritimes, the Ledwidge family. Ernie, Cathy, and Mike worked tirelessly at race tracks throughout the Maritimes, at practically every facility managing the night’s racing schedule, from scoring to lineup to flagging, and everything in between, they were fixtures on the local racing scene for decades and did whatever was necessary to ensure the show went off without a hitch! Ernie and Mike, we honor Cathy’s memory by remembering all the efforts all three of you put into promoting Maritime stock car racing throughout the years. You all have the Heart of a Champion.
