Today, Heart of a Champions ‘Saturday Salute’ is ‘Stormin Norman’ Keirstead, from New Brunswick! As a member of the NHRA, Norman’s love for the quarter-mile was passionate. 🙂 As a mechanic, Norman worked tirelessly on drag cars and stock cars with many of his ‘engineered’ ideas still in use today! Norman was tagged ‘Stormin’ due to his aggressive approach to drag racing! 🙂 Norman raced all over the Maritime’s, from Pennfield to Maitland and all quarter-miles in between! 🙂 Norman was inducted into the Maritime Motorsports Hall of fame in 2015.
