Today, Heart of a Champion’s ‘Saturday Salute’ is John and Allyn Armstrong! When you think of engine innovation in the Maritime’s, the Armstrong brothers are at the top of the list! 🙂 John and Allyn have been building championship-winning engines for all forms of racing, including stock cars, for decades! When they have time away from their shop, they both continue to enjoy drag racing; their passion since the mid-sixties! Both men are accomplished behind the wheel and behind the lathe! The Armstrong’s are also members of the Maritime Motorsports Hall of Fame. John and Allyn, thank you for all the years of dedication and building some ‘serious’ horsepower!
