Today, Heart of a Champions ‘Saturday Salute’ is Waverley Nova Scotia’s, Bob McDonald! Most will remember Bob McDonald through seeing his business name, Bob McDonald Chev-Olds advertised in the Metro area during the 60s, 70s, and 80s! Bob LOVED Maritime motorsports and sponsored tracks, drag cars, stock cars, pace cars, and events! Not only did Bob heavily support motorsports he also sponsored baseball and hockey teams and gave freely to dozens of charities and non-profit organizations! Bob did this all through his deep love of ‘community’ and always wanting to give back! Bob your contributions will live on for generations and we miss you. ????
