This application form MUST be submitted by the Driver or a legal representative. All fields with a red asterisk (*) are required. The 2025 registration fee is $50.00, payable by cash with the submission of the registration form at the first event attended in 2025. Driver registration forms are available at each event by HRC officials OR you can print the registration form below, complete and bring it to the first event you participate in for 2025.
